Choosing your Solar Power System
EcoSmart packages consist of Panels, Inverter, Racking and Standard Installation. When choosing the system thats best for you, EcoSmart provide the option of the choice between either a Standard System or a Premium System.
All Systems start at 1500 watts that will provide approximately 7 units of electricity per day, with an average saving of $500+ savings in power per year.
Both the Standard and Premium Systems can be upgraded in 500 watt increments.
When choosing a system you need to consider the amount of electricity you use, the cost and the amount of roof space thats avaliable to upgrade.
Our Standard Systems provide a cost affective solution to your Solar Power needs. Our Premium Sunpower Products offer high efficiency Solar Power Panels with Fromius Inverters which reduce installation area.

This system is good for people who use approximately 9 units of electricity per day. On average this will produce approximately $520.00 worth of electricity per year.

- 3 x 170W Monocrystalline Solar Panels

- Installation
Upgrades are avaliable once the Base System of 1500kW has been purchased. The system upgrades can be added to an existing system or added to the Base System.
Systems are upgradeable up to 5kW. Note that the Base Inverter will need to change once systems go above 2kW's.

All Installions
are signed off by installers who have completed Solar Power Grid
Connect Photovoltaic System qualifications and Accredited with the Clean Energy Council.
A 'Standard Installation' includes:-
Isolated inverter (e.g. Latronics or
Fronius)15 Metres of DC cabling between panels
and inverter.
- 15 Metres of AC cabling between
switchboard and inverter.
- 15 Metres of earth cable between
switchboard and panels if required.
- 1 x 10/16 amp circuit breaker and
mounting enclosure as required.
- 2 metres of external conduit (for
installation of inverter on single brick).
- 1 mē of wall space suitable for
mounting inverter.
- Easy access to all installation areas
including sufficient roof accessAll cables run and
secured as required by AS 3000/2000 standards.
- Switchboard and key switchboard
components including main switch, neutral link and main earth are installed to AS
3000/2000 standards and capable of taking extra circuit conductors
required for inverter connection.
- Installation address within 40km of
Perth CBD (Post code X000).Roof type of install location is metal
corrugated sheeting.
- Roof pitch less than 25° Gutter height less than 2.8m.Single Storey dwelling.

Additional cost may apply to non standard installations, asbestos
backing boards and asbestos Building fabric. See Solar Questions and
Answers for more details.
Any additional costs associated with a
'Non Standard' Installation will be charged after the installation is
completed. Any additional costs will be discussed at the Site
Inspection and at the Installation. Additional costs are listed in
Solar Question and Answers.

Solar Panel Specifications EcoSmart purchase Solar Panels from a range of suppliers in order to keep up with demand. EcoSmart will install Sungrid, Enertech and Sunpower. All Panels are approved and carry manufacturers warranty.

Warranty and Performance All panels are all internationally recognised for both
quality and conformance to Standards by IEC Certification IEC 61215 and
TUV Certifications Worldwide System for Conformity Testing and
Certification of Electro technical Equipment and Components (IECEE).

Installation All Installions

Solar Credits In August 2009, the Federal Government announced it will futher progress its Solar Credits Scheme.
Solar Credits allow the creation of 5 time Renewable Energy Certificates. These Certificates are for Solar Power Systems up to 1.5kW. The additional credits will allow for further price reductions for your solar power system.
Unlike previous government programs, this is not means tested and is avaliable for businesses.
